I'm Wananpon. Most people call me วรรณ. I'm an AIA agent in Bangkok, and I work with people who want to understand their coverage without sitting through a sales pitch. If you have questions, ask me. I give straight answers.
These four things come up in almost every first conversation I have.
"I don't know if I have the right coverage."
A lot of people I meet honestly have no idea what their policy actually covers. It happens more than you think. Paying for the wrong thing, or missing something important. One conversation usually clears it up.
"Insurance feels complicated and pushy."
It should not feel that way. Before I even mention a product, I ask a lot of questions. What you actually need matters more than what I want to sell.
"Agents only care about their commission."
That skepticism makes sense. A lot of agents are in a hurry to close. I am not going to pretend commission doesn't exist, but I also know that pushing the wrong thing on someone doesn't help anyone. If it doesn't fit, I say so.
"What happens to my family if something goes wrong tomorrow?"
That is the most important question. Not the premium, not the product name. Just whether the people who depend on you can keep going if you are not there. That is what I help people think through. We do not have to rush.
My name is Wananpon. Most people just call me วรรณ.
I live near Bangkok and I have been with AIA for a few years now.
I started this work because I genuinely care about what happens to families
when something goes wrong. Not as a concept. I mean the actual moment when
a hospital bill arrives and the family has to figure out where the money comes from.
I have seen what that looks like when someone has good coverage, and I have seen
what it looks like when they do not. The difference is real.
I speak Thai and English, so if you are international or your family is mixed,
I can help you without the language becoming a problem. I will not tell you what
to buy. I will ask questions, understand your situation, and tell you what
I think actually fits. If something does not suit you, I will say so.
That is just how I work.
I don't bring paperwork to a first conversation. We just talk.
I don't have a script. Ask whatever you want and I will answer what I actually know. LINE, phone, email. Whatever works for you.
I ask a lot of questions. Your family situation, your income, what keeps you up at night. I want to understand where you actually are before I suggest anything.
I show you what is available from AIA and explain what each one actually does. You decide. No rush from me.
Everything I sell is through AIA Thailand. I will show you what is there and explain it in language that actually makes sense.
If you are the one keeping the household going, this is about making sure that does not stop when something happens to you. The mortgage, the school fees, the rent. Someone still needs to cover that.
The gap between a government hospital and a good private one in Thailand is real. Most people already know it. Health insurance means that when you are sick, you choose the hospital that is actually good, not the one you can afford that week.
Motorcycle taxis, busy intersections, the evening commute. Bangkok moves fast and accidents happen suddenly. When one does, you need the money to be there without having to ask anyone for help.
If you are thinking about your kids or your parents back home, we can look at what covers them too. It depends on your family situation. I will ask.
Most of the people I talk to are just ordinary people in Bangkok who have been putting this off for a while. If that sounds familiar, let's talk.
"I had been avoiding agents for years. They all wanted to close me fast. วรรณ sat with me for two hours and mostly just asked questions. I didn't sign anything that day. I came back a week later because I wanted to."
"วรรณใช้เวลาฟังฉันจริงๆ ไม่ใช่แค่พยายามขายของ นั่นคือสิ่งที่ทำให้ฉันไว้ใจเธอ"
"I am not Thai and I don't read Thai insurance documents. วรรณ went through everything in English. She never made me feel slow for asking the same thing twice. We ended up with something I actually understood."
"สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ การมีคนที่พูดภาษาเดียวกันและเข้าใจเรา มันสร้างความแตกต่างมาก"
"To be honest I still wasn't sure after we talked the first time. But she didn't follow up to push me. She just said to think about it. That's when I decided she was the one I'd work with."
"ตอนแรกฉันไม่ค่อยแน่ใจ วรรณก็ไม่ได้กดดัน แค่บอกให้คิดดูก่อน พอกลับมาคิดจริงๆ ก็รู้ว่าตัดสินใจถูก"
You can message me on LINE, call, or just email. I will write back myself. There is no form to fill out.
